EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE WITH A SMILE! From the moment my partner and I walked into this store we were blown away by the customer service. We were guided by excellent advice and recommendations and over a year on from our purchase we still remember the pleasant experience. I recently raised an after care request and the amazing service continues. Shout out to the lovely Donna who was as professional as she is friendly and knowledgeable. Donna has our request under way and nothing was too much for her or this store. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress. Thanks again guys you are simply AWESOME!!

The on floor sales assistance was terrible, we were told an online advertised sale was not applicable when it should have been, they gave incorrect advice on pick up / delivery, which delayed our receipt of the product and then when we finally got it home they had given us the wrong product. Luckily they were speedy providing the correct item at that point.

I had a great experience at this snooze store. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. This store has a great range products and they really took the time to help me get the best fit for my bedding situation. Couldn't recommend this store more.

Love the layout of Snooze! It's very inviting and there's lots to choose from. It seems a little daunting, but the staff is quite knowledgeable and helped me find the right mattress pretty quickly. Thanks Aaron!
