Ian was an absolute legend, he helped me narrow down what I wanted in the Tech area (tablet/computer) to exactly the device that would suit my needs (full OneNote, Surface Go 2) and recommended the device and answered all my questions regarding the device... even though Officeworks didn't stock it. Ian spent over half and hour with me to help me understand the differences between a tablet and a 2-in-one computer, which device would do what I wanted, the limitations of storage vs. what would suit my needs and more. Ian was the epitome of customer-focus and patience. His knowledge was excellent and his passion for great service showed, just unfortunate I had to go elsewhere to purchase the device. Thank you, Ian. You're a legend mate (since this chat I've picked up the Surface Go 2 and all the accessories, you couldn't have been more right my friend!!). Kind regards

Good Service Helpful Staff Well Stocked
Have to say, I was nervous going in as most people are generally scared to deal with Officeworks printing staff... but I was wrong. I take it back. The staff here are lovely and efficient. Well done to this team for getting it together and the individual staff members (more than one) I have had the pleasure of doing printing with.
I enjoy coming to this Officeworks location for office supplies. Their stock is always topped up and I rarely ever can’t find what I’m looking for. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about where things are located. Their printing/photocopying area can get very busy on weekend so make sure you leave enough time (ESPECIALLY if you are not using the self-serve). I use the self-serve printing/photocopying with the Officeworks reloadable printing card. There is a machine to top up your card so that you don’t have to join the long queue.

In the morning, I placed a click and collect order, and within a couple of hours was able to go and pick it up at the store. The entire process was very fast, efficient, and seamless. From the online order to the team at the click and collect point, there were no problems at all. Extremely impressed with how everything worked together, and how smooth the process is, especially considering we are in stage 4 restrictions of covid-19. Cudos to everyone at chadstone officeworks.
Went in store to print a covid working permit and also had a question about placing laminate click and collect order. was guided by someone in click and collect bays to go in and ask. I know there were stage 4 restrictions were in place . But as I approached the entrance a team member asks me " can you read the no entry sign!?" I mean I know English, I can read but they could be polite with people even when enforcing restrictions in store. Won't go back again.
Decent size store, ample parking. It’s okay if you buy the stock only, but if you want to get the counter service, then be prepared of a long queue, lack of attention even quite a few staffs standing by in the other area. You’ll get warm greetings at the door, but the service itself often isn’t matching to the warmth level. What can I say?
