I've loved this store for years. All the accessories are very attractive and they'll give you a basket when you get to the door to assist with the tons of hand bags and jewellery you'll end up getting. Highly recommend!!!
Great customer service and experience at Furla Chadstone! Bought a bag in Sept last year, one of the buttons was unfortunately broken recently. I brought the bag to the store and was hoping I could get it repaired, instead I got a brand new bag as a replacement under the manufacturer’s one year warranty. The shop assistants were efficient and friendly at helping me out with the process! Highly recommend!
Just don’t know why are u guys been so unprofessional, a girl who can speak Mandarin with yellow bangs working on Friday afternoon. Judging other customers’ purses or other discount stores, shaking ur feet when customer talking which is a really rude behaviour as a sales assistant. Bad experience ever!
If you’re after absolutely terrible service, this is the place for you! I have spent nearly 2 weeks trying to return a bag (which is HIDEOUS btw) only to be shunted out of the chadstone store by their sad excuse for a manager, my emails get barely a response, and 2 phone calls I still do not know how to return this bag. Don’t bother trying to get a number for head office, apparently that’s an impossibility. I’m now about to put a 300 bag in the bin because they make it so difficult to perform a simple transaction. Shop somewhere else.
