Good customer service here. You have to put your name down with the security guard at front to get in due to the covid restrictions but they are quick to contact you to let you know you can start shopping. Friendly attitude amongst staff.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for some time now. I had purchased a purse from overseas ( prior to COVID) and the gold Burberry name was rubbing off. I returned the item twice and both times the purse was replaced with a new one. Both times I was offered my money back also. I ended up purchasing a different style in the end. Whilst the product may have been compromised, the service was excellent. The staff here really make the shopping experience wonderful.
Incredibly disappointed… The customer service is quite frankly appalling and unacceptable. I found the whole experience with the staff overall was unprofessional and rude. The staff respond with one word answers and they are very disinterested in helping you. Burberry chadstone has lost my business to say the least. I would recommend going to the Collins street one over this place any day....
Really really expensive, good quality though.
I’ve been number 5 in the queue since 3.30pm, it’s now 5.15.... There wasn’t a line, they just expect you to hang around the centre for hours waiting. Don’t waste your time.
Worst service ever, Kmart has better service than this store, people are in a wrong position manager assistant is so rude, there was a long queue I just ask him if he has what I want so I wait but he respond back to me rudely that I have to wait he can’t tell me if they have hat in store or not, HOWEVER the doorman PHILIP was such a nice guy and trying his best to keep the environment the best.
We were are Burberry Chadstone on 22nd Nov afternoon and were served a an Asian gentlemen who was very, very disinterested in helping us. He gave single one word answers to any questions asked and was not keen to engage in any conversation with us, or even explain about certain specific products that we asked about. We walked out 3 minutes later, disgusted by the lack of customer service and initiative from this horrid salesperson. He was probably keen to only score sales from Mandarin speaking customers, so looks like he was happy to have us leave. This was the completed opposite from LV that had impeccable customer service (where we purchased some products). If I was the manager of Burberry Chadstone, I'd kick this rubbish salesman to the curb. He caused you some lost sales!
