Staff at this store have always been nice and helpful, even when I've had issues with online purchases. (Receiving the wrong disc for a game, receiving the wrong product entirely because it was entered wrong at a different store) My only experience is buying games here.

Always clean, well set out and items are well documented at good prices. staff are always lovely, helpful and passionate.
Staff is good, helpful but there prices are fixed. Real shame, cause I would have bought a laptop. But the lappie was damaged, and personally feel it was overpriced.

Usually a customer at the Tuggeranong store but ended up having to travel out to the gunners store for the first time. Found out that the old Tuggeranong manager had been moved stores which was an unpleasant surprise, overheard her and a staff member talking badly about someone, I am assuming a customer. Was planning to buy a 1500 phone from them and a 2000 laptop but after seeing that nothing has changed with her and how the company hires, I don't know if CeX will continue to get my business. Very let down with my experience.
