Was running late for an appointment for my partner & I due to two flooded road diversion, one i wasn't aware of prior to leaving home. I called your Cessnock store and spoke with young lady that assured me it was all ok "we will fit u in between current appointments." I informed her i wasn't local and would be completing a 90km round trip. She again informed us it was ok. After arriving 25min late we arrived at the store only to be told that we can't fit you in until 1:30pm, that's two hour wait. I explained to the lady I do appreciate we were late but was informed by another staff member to come in regardless. She then informed us no we can't do that. Why I do appreciate we were running late due to unforeseen weather circumstances I feel more compassion should of been shown to us both especially as 1st time customers. Also we should never of been informed to continue our 90km round trip if you then didn't wish to try and fit us in. It wasn't an option for us to both wait around for two hours. Not a great 1st impression of your company and services.

Been to Specsavers Cessnock twice in 3 years. I found them friendly, professional and honest. Both times could have been pushed to buy more expensive and multi focal but was steered in the right direction. Can't understand the negative feedback as when my glasses needed adjusting they were done there and then.

Worst Glasses my Wife and I have ever had would not go back or recommend we both got new glasses about 5 months ago and after going back several times to have them adjusted without any changes we have given up and going elsewhere for new glasses this week When we first got our glasses we received an email asking for a review I replied noting our dis-satisfaction with our new glasses still waiting for an answer
