To whom it may concern, my family of 6 people attended McDonald's Cessnock on Wednesday 231220 after attending Hunter Valley Gardens Xmas Light show. Many other people were coming and going during our time there, as we dined in. Our son signed us in with his phone. The service was slower than previous visits, All staff were wearing face masks and were pleasant but at no time during our 45min. stay did I see anyone wipe down any tables after people had left. Thanking you.

Had a very rude girl serve me. i believe her name tag read jazz. utterly rude. definitely needs to be retrained or fired.
The fries were so stale, I would have been better off eating the old, lost fries that have been hiding out under the back seat with the dirt, dead bugs & used band-aids. Thick shake had the consistency of water. Worst I have ever had.
Good -McDonald quality. -Big outdoor playground for kids. -Quite clean inside. -Indoor toilet. -Good location. -Smart & friendly staff. Especially old gentleman was super nice and giving us good service. Bad Nil.
Absolutely disgusting the dining area was left very dirty and rubbish bins not emptied. This was the worst McDonald's restaurant ever
If you like eating cold, stale food and syrup less coke then this is the place for you. Ive been here a few times but nothing has changed.
Not too bad although its strange to drive into it only has one way.
The food was ok but apparently asking for a copy of my receipt was an onerous task and they then ran away before I could ask for some serviettes. That took a 3rd staff member who came to offer me the next cars milkshake because the manager took off before I could ask after getting stroppy when I asked for a receipt
