Have been dealing with this branch since buying our brand new Jeep from here 2 years ago. Nothing but a nightmare everytime from the paperwork side to the mechanical side. Reading the other reviews, I think I just must have bought the only lemon there and treated poorly! Always palmed off by the the service team with any issue I had asked them about, especially with the car under warranty, which of course some of the issues I advised about, I'm now having to pay another service centre to be fixed. Rubbish customer service that sell junk cars! Avoid buying a Jeep, the rumours are true.
