Hands down the best tour my husband and I have experienced. Everything was on time, delicious and fun! Thank you to the beautiful founder and owner Christine for the amazing service and also to her son for getting us to all these destinations fast and safe. We ended up making friends with people who were in the same group. Definitely recommend heavenly tours to my family and friends. Lastly, I forgot my headphones on the bus and mind you, our accommodation is at the bay (120 minutes away from hunter) and this was returned to me the following day. Appreciate this so much!

We can't stop talking about our tour with Christine! She was exceptional from the moment we got picked up to dropped off. Christine was very accommodating, friendly, helpful and overall, had a great first-time experience. Highly recommend Heavenly Tours to anyone looking to visit Hunter Valley. We were lucky enough to fit in wineries, distilleries, breweries, lunch, cheese and chocolate tasting all thanks to Christine! Christine was a wonderful tour guide on our first trip to the Hunter - as we went not long out of COVID restrictions Christine did an excellent job of making sure we still got to go to plenty of places for wine, cheese and chocolate tasting, as well as organising a delicious lunch stop during our 3/4 day tour. She is a very warm and exuberant guide, and happy to accommodate preferences. I really liked that she offers 3/4 day tour (roughly 11:30am till 5pm) which gives you much more than a half day tour of only a few hours but isn't as long (or expensive) as a full day tour. I've never seen that option before but think more tours should follow Christine's example on that one!
Christine was amazing for myself and my family. Lovely lady with a lot of local knowledge to keep the drive entertaining. Was very accommodating in taking us where we needed to go. Definitely better than your average tour/taxi
Christine booked our group in for a private tour to the Hunter Valley and then decided she wanted to add x4 extra passengers. After I raised that it wasn't what I had agreed to she decided to cancel my booking via email without discussion. I tried to call and she kept hanging up on me and did not want to discuss leaving my group and I high and dry, scrambling for another driver couple of days out from my event. Extremely unprofessional and most certainly unreliable!
Christine went out of her way to accommodate my family too and from a lunch. She was lovely, friendly and extremely polite. I couldn't recommend Heavenly Tours more.
Christine was great, given the circumstances in the world, she worked to get us in to as much as she could, couldn't fault her at all, if you are visiting newcastle, portstephens or hunter region please do yourselves a favour and book a tour with christine and visit the wonderful locals of the hunter region couldn't reccomand enough!
