Understand with the virus and everything that you have to clean but why do you have to shut the whole thing down to clean for half an hour and then you have to pay to get back in even though you were only there for an hour and a half. biggest rip off I've ever seen. Shopping centres and food courts don't shut down their business for cleaning they clean around people council you're a rort

Great place for the family, kids love it. Clean, tidy and helpful staff.
Facilities are dated however staff and services are fantastic
It was terrible; the lifeguards there are complete creeps, male and female. I got told one thing by a guard and not even 5 minutes later I was told a different thing. Hope you close down
The staff there are rude as hell. How could you speak to kids like that. Terrible for kids who suffer with mental illness
