My Aunty went to subway at the servo for lunch while my uncle was getting petrol, she was holding my baby cousin. She was rudely denied service because my baby cousin who doesn't walk yet was not wearing shoes. They were extremely rude saying this isn't a beach. When my uncle questioned it they threatened with police! My Aunty is not from Australia and we feel that this has happened because of her race. She is upset and embarrassed and she shouldn't be made to feel this way over a servo sandwich! Unbelievable behavior Michael! You should be ashamed.

All items in service station are drastically overpriced and the wraps, rolls, and sandwiches are very small in size for the cost.

Great job by Jaimie, busy busy after Hunter Valley Gardens light show....but this guy ( doing a double shift covering for someone) Is a legend!!! Great Customer service, polite and nice guy!!!

Walked in to buy a case of mineral of water (12-24 bottles), asked the cashier (Susan) and she said don’t have and have to buy one by one with retail price(12x3.5 or 24x3.5), then I looked around and found like 5 or 6 water in case, I took one case of 12 at 7.40 paid to Susan and then left. When you deal with deshonesto people really don’t want go back again anymore....
