Scam! Had the nice saleswoman come around and do her spill showing impressive prices. Seemed cheap for same day delivery. After using them, they add on all these extra charges without notifying you. Account management fee, fuel fee (yes you read that correctly. The prices you are quoted don't include the fuel for their vans!) They want you to pay extra for that too. Ridiculous organisation!

Promise the delivery would be made before 5pm, after picking the item got informed more cost would be added lots of calls trying to get me to get it dropped off a day later had to wait back at work until 7pm to get the delivery. Added extra fees and charges to account some where withdrawn. Account paid keep getting annoying calls to pay the account. Will never use again.

Century Transport cold calling me. She was polite but when I nicely told we don't need her services and she would be wasting her time with us. She didn't like that and said I understand you think you don't need us that's fine but who can I speak to in the logistics? I said I'm glad you understand but please put us on your do not call back list. Her reply.. "Oh you realize I'm still just going to keep calling" I said" you realize that is illegal" her " whatever" Since she has already admitted she will continue to call and ignore the ACMA rules and regulations in regards to telemarketers. I assume her company would have just as dodgy rules. I will ever do business with this company. They have gone on our "NEVER TO USE THIS COMPANY" list. I share this list with other companies that have found substandard work, or harassing behavior. It is my/friends/co-workers/colleagues way of stamping out cold callers.. Every colder caller gets black listed.

I could have given negative 5 star if they have. They are extremely hopeless. Never do what they said. They have no idea what responsibilities are. Not the first time had argument with them. They never even try to help. The worst worst worst service in the world.

Our company once used Century Couriers some years ago however after their service was lacking we switched. A couple of years ago I was involved in a road rage incident with a Century Courier van. This driver did the wrong thing by driving the wrong way on a round-a-bout in a bid to save a few seconds. When stopped next to him in traffic I apparently offended this person by looking at him and shaking my head. This person went crazy, throwing verbal abuse at me, spitting on my car, trying to run me off the road, braking suddenly in front of me in peak hour traffic for all to see. I took his number plate and reported him as well as calling the company. Although the company was somewhat apologetic, their response was that it was not like him and he must be having a bad day. I changed my number plates and my car for fear of this person. Ironically the following week they dropped by my company in a bid to win back our business. My boss said no and explained why. They wanted to see me and apologise personally to which my boss told them no that would not be necessary and thankfully would not allow them near me. They continue to try to win our business and continuously call. We did just change couriers recently and I was asked what I thought if we were to get some information from them. My answer was I would be gracious and professional but would not feel comfortable dealing with them. So the decision maker said nope that's fine - we won't deal with them. As far as I am concerned when you work for a company you are a reflection of that company. If you have someone act that crazy and the situation is brushed aside - what does that say about the rest of the company??
