Today I presented to Midland and waited about 30minutes and saw a wonderful person Courtney who very kindly updated my application gave me information I would need to proceed etc In a nutshell I am so grateful for her empathy given the circumstances Thanks alot

Used to have a letterbox which was good for after hours or weekends when updating personal info etc. This has gone so now we have to queue amongst the great unwashed just to hand in the same info. Black mark Centrelink.

Visited this fine establishment regarding Medicare issues. Quick turn a around time when i visited Some of Midlands finest inhabitants can be found milling round The mullet, the checkered shirt, the toothless, the bare footed, torn unwashed jeans and humans who have forgotten washing themselves is not only for their benefit, but also spares those nearby from the smells that resemble rotting meat. Consider others, please wash, even if its weekly, or invest in Rexona Sport Please consider

Although parking was awful. The staff there is amazing! They are friendly and very efficient. I was out of there in 15 minutes. They take their time to make sure you have understood everything. Most importantly the place doesnt have a long queue like other centres. Would give it a 6 out of 5 if I could!!

Really dread having to go into Centrelink but our visit to the Midland office yesterday was a very positive experience... Reasonable wait time and the young lady who dealt with us was extremely polite, helpful and for us most importantly, patient.... Thank you and sorry we forgot your name....

Pleasantly surprised. Computers were down, so I expected the worse. Lines moved fast and was very organized. I got Bill who helped me replace my medicare card. He went above and beyond, explained the app, Huge smile. Very helpful. Waiting for my girlfriend afterwards, a security card walked across the entire building to unlock the toilets for me without me asking. Helpful staff all around. I wont dread having to go here.

i came in, explained what i need help with and was told to sit down, was all good. i got called up and this women who served me talked to me very rudely and had too much attitude! maybe she was having a bad day but to put it out on a random client? disgusting. Apparently they didn’t save all my documents so i got told to sit down to be reassigned and start my process all over again which it took my a VERY long time to be at the stage i am now, like what the hell? NONE! of them know how to do their jobs, if they don’t know how to solve ur problem and help you, they lie and say “everything’s all good” which it isnt! they only say that to make you leave so they can move on from you and “help” someone else they MAY know the answer too. everyone should be fired! been here 6-20 times and not ONE member of staff has helped me! i have to then be pushy and ASK for a resolution instead of them doing their jobs and helping me themselves. never going here again! going to morley! close this down or hire better staff that know how to do their jobs! DONT RECOMMEND, stay away! i’d rate 0 of i could.
