Would be nice if they can answer the phone. 45 minutes on hold. Hit 5pm and they just go home and not care still on hold for an hour after waiting to see if someone stayed behind but no. Useless.

Never had a problem with going into a centerlink anywhere all over Australia, until this one, the amount of disrespect from one of the female receptionists is disgusting, everyone else’s seemed complete nice and professional but this lady was a very Malicious B, she obviously doesn’t like her job or her life and it tells just from speaking to her I was nothing but nice and considerate but it continued I have no clue how she has her job there and I hope no one else has to be put through her ignorance I will not be ever going to Nambour centerlink again until someone reviews her treatment to customs and realises that she is unfit for that job 100% Nambour is not a bad place it’s just the people like this that give it a bad name.

Alien Services should be the name not human services.Only aliens could be the end user's of this "service", no human can successfully navigate it. There is no "service" in the human "services" department, the employees here that are on great government salaries and benefits, barely go out of their way to help us tax paying citizens. Only through MY persistance, patience and sheer determination, do i ever get anywhere with this low functioning department. I am grateful that I am able to access support from the government but this whole congolomeration needs serious fixing to make it a human user customer centric SERVICE.
