Very disappointed there’s been no response to my concerns. I’ve sent two emails to the director who is choosing to ignore me. I would not recommend this organisation to anyone. It’s bad enough when things go wrong but even worse when an emailed complaint is not responded too. My complaint is about a psychologist employed there who wrote false information about me. She wrote something I never said or did in a group therapy session. I follow the correct complaints procedure outlined in the privacy policy and send a follow up email which is ignored. This is extremely disappointing and a breach of trust. To be ignored makes the situation worse.
