I attended an appointment in early pregnancy. Angelika conducted an ultrasound in her office and could not see a baby. I asked if this meant that we needed to see a radiologist or if there was no baby. She said "zero chance, no baby." I left with a specimen jar to collect the tissue when it passed. I was distraught. As nothing has passed and I had a referral from my GP for an ultrasound at the hospital, I went for an ultrasound 4 days later to investigate what was happening. It took about 10 seconds for the radiologist to say "I dont know what the OB was looking at but there's your baby and there's it's heart beating" I emailed Angelika asking for a refund of my fees given her mistake and incorrect advice. She refused and has not apologised. She completely deflected that she had upset me or done anything wrong and stopped replying when I indicated I was not satisfied with her response. I found her treatment of me to be negligent and I am disgusted that I am 200 out of pocket for how she treated me. She also took a personal call during our appointment. I said she could answer thinking it might be a patient or the hospital but it was a family member. Completely unprofessional.

Angelica and her team are paving the way for womens future. Wonderful friendly staff. I have had 4 babies with CVOS and multiple ceasareans. I would not go anywhere else. You cannot get better meducal services in Bendigo than Angelika and her team. 1000 stars!!
