Phil Mellis took the time to serve me personally and chat. It reminded me of Padgett's of Batterly in the UK. Almost lost in a time warp but what great experiences. Stock levels ate high but may take a little while to locate. Upstairs is a treasure trove of clothing,helmets,luggage especially the soft type. Lots of tyres and oils carried also. Lots of very interesting bikes interposed with current models. Interesting assortment of consignment stock often the unusual eg brand new never registered MV Agusta. Lots of LAMS approved bikes both new and secondhand. Workshop plus lots of advice on offer. Worth looking at is Phil's ex racing Yamaha's.

I don't want to rag on this business but unfortunately my experience was not positive. My bike was damaged when a car backed into it so I took it in as an insurance job (my mechanic doesn't do insurance jobs so he recommended here). First Phill wanted to charge me for a quote but he eventually provided one free anyway but it was like pulling teeth trying to get repairs moving. After 4 weeks they hadn't even ordered the correct mirrors or comparable mirrors and originally wanted to put on 40 dollar mirrors though quoted 100 on the quote. (I had 200 dollar rizomas listed on my policy and installed )which would have to enabled me to at least ride the bike and return it when new parts arrived. They were friendly enough but they just seemed really unorganised and it was like groundhog day explaining the same thing over and over. After a month I had lost faith that they would have managed the repairs. I had to go back and forth with the insurer as I wanted to change repairers. Phill wanted me to pay a restocking fee as he had finally ordered the mirrors. (Even though they were the the wrong ones) and said he would ring to check if he couldn't get the same ones which be didn't. I was expecting an argument when I went to pick up my bike. I had rung them first (especially after reading the other reviews) but I just walked in and took it as they keys were in the bike. It was a bit depressing as the bike had also been left out in the sun and rain for over a month too. Adam from CC motorbikes at long jetty has been a great mechanic. I highly recommend him. He just doesn't do insurance jobs but if you're ever in my position ask the insurer to pay you directly for the quote and just order the parts yourself and get your own mechanic to do it.

I bought CFMOTO CF650GT from this shop. Same day in shop, afetr start engine, engine light is on, they said only repair by warranty, no return, no refund, never touch it, problem.... And only 327km, coolant coming out. They sold a dropped bike, if only dropped, ok, no problem, but there is not, this bike has many problem, not noly dropped, I reported to fairtrading, They sold a motorcycle with serious safety hazards.

Got stuck with bike troubles in the middle of a 4 hour ride and Phil and Sam were absolute life savers. They easily could have taken my bike in and charged me hundreds for things I didn't need and instead quickly fixed what was wrong and didn't overcharge me like others would. Thanks again guys.

Our experience at Central Coast motorcycle was so good that I am writing this. We, that is my wife and I brought in a scooter for service, ( our first time. ) They did a great job and price was good. We then ended up buying a couple of helmets and a jacket. Was served by Phil and he was so helpful. Went back a week later and we ended up buying another scooter so my wife and I can ride together. Overall we had an excellent experience. Thank you Phil.
