Being in Perth, my shopping experience was mostly through chatting with one of the sales assistants. Nhi Mai was professional yet very personable, making the whole experience super easy. My item was checked thoroughly (even had videos and pictures of it sent to me!), packed securely and shipped out without delay. Highly recommended, and thanks again!

Carol was very helpful when I was in here looking for the perfect work bag and wallet. I was able to make an informed decision after she encouraged me to take my time trying on different styles.
