Did my RSA with Rod today. He explained everything well and is experienced in the industry. He added plenty of humour to the course and enjoyed the day.

ZERO STAR! This place is run by an old communist style system with instructors demanding their students to like them without questioning. Instructors “picking” on students for “not appropriately respecting them”. One of the instructors named Odin didn’t pass me for being 5 mins late after a toilet brake. After I entered the room he said “You are not going to pass this”. For not receiving an apology he started picking on me and looking for every single mistake I make during CPR. Out of 20 students in the class I was his favourite one to hear about my every single mistake I made. Everyone else in the class was just so perfect! Moreover, in the beginning of the class he wasted at least 30 mins to provide his personal opinion on the current law of having a first aid kit in cars. He was constantly saying in some countries car owners are obliged to have one... and so on. The same goes for defib when he expressed his personal opinion again to introduce them in every single business in Australia. Can actually instructors do that??!! Bernadette Knight who is a manager there wasn’t helpful at all and was obviously on his side. Do NOT ever come back to this place again
They literally will do anything to scam any penny from you so stay away
Never ever go here this is the worst place I have ever been to. 55 just to do my CPR and I didn't even receive my questions for my CPR certificate. I CALLED THEM UP AND BECAUSE IT WAS PAST 6 WEEKS THEY WON'T EVEN SEND MY THE CPR QUESTIONS. I am very unhappy with this service. Don't waste your time and money by going here.
Dave is an excellent first aid & CPR trainer. Highly recommended college.
There is no option for 0 so I have to give It 1 star , they are actually there for money. Worst institute ever , the staff are very rude
Good course.
The first aid course was great value for money and my instructor was really knowledgeable and took care to explain and demonstrate the techniques to each student. This is the best first aid training I have ever received.
