The best GP service in the city. Dr Skala has helped me with several chronic issues, whereas other doctors have failed to get to the issues. Dr Skala has years of experience which shows, he’s excellent, as is his staff who are always very friendly and responsive.

If your travel insurance send you here ask them to send you to another place. I came here for a visit because I broke my toe three months ago, and I am traveling for 11 months so I needed a new visit here in Australia because my toe is still hurting. I went to the doctor 3 times before while traveling, in different countries, like China and South Corea and they were by far much better. My insurance took me an appointment in this centre and I waste three days of my life for nothing, I don’t have any result. The doctors are very dissapointing, very bad mood and very bad service. Don’t waste your money here. I am not going back home in a few so this is why I needed a visit in Australia. It’s never a pleasure to visit a doctor while traveling. The picture is from a chair in the waiting room. So dirty and it was not the only one. You can go there and check them!

Nah I have actually spoken to you directly before, perhaps you are being forgetful Disgusting service, staff and hopeless manager Simone Stuart - don't waste your time addressing your concerns as she is not capable of addressing them in a positive way, this is so transparent by her responses made to any negative feedback here :)

Being generous with 2 stars as they were able to accommodate me on a Public Holiday. Otherwise, this is a terrible clinic. I waited almost an hour while the doctor stood in the lobby watching TV for at least 15 minutes. When he finally called me into his office, he asked very little questions, did not take the time to collect my medical history. He gave me medications that I already had, and told him so. And I was out the door in 2 minutes, with a hefty out of pocket cost.
