The Catering Project were AMAZING at assisting me with an urgent and last minute catering job. I appreciated their efficiency and assistance in organising a full day of catering for an event that was within Budget. Couldn't recommend more.
I'm a long standing customer, who has used Catering Project a lot for 3yrs - around 60,000 per year. Bottom line they are arrogant and not customer needs focused. I constantly have to fight to get anything we really need. Everything seems to be a hassle. The only reason we stayed with them for this long , was their good website and invoicing process. They have now launched a terrible new website that is a nightmare to use and their back end invoicing is a disaster. Yes their food and presentation is great, but they hassles with everything else has lead us to only now use them for small one offs. They got too big too quickly and forgot about the customers. Not happy :(
The food delivered very early in this morning for our outdoor filming project, was wonderful. The egg and bacon rolls fresh, pastries were absolutely delicious and a lovely selection, as was the selection of fresh fruit on sticks. Three different types of fresh fruit juice was also served cold and fresh. I was very impressed with the delivery carrying boxes with see -through lids showing all the food. Well done to the team. 14/12/19
Catering Project... I don’t believe in you!
We have used The Catering Project a number of times for corporate events and always been impressed, and last week was no exception. We had a very last minute (3 hrs notice) request for lunch catering for 250 staff, and they handled it with grace and ease, in particular Gem. She was exceptional! And organised a delicious lunch with lots of variety for our staff with absolutely no fuss. Highly recommended!
Fantastic experience. A great range of delicious nibbles in each box, all easily accessible online. Efficiently delivered on the day, and payment processed on the day of delivery. We will be ordering from the catering project again.
