Poor warranty after care. Never again as bamboo floors was not installed as per manufacturers recommendation. Stuck in the middle of this retailer and manufacturer not taking accountability for excessive shrinking of floors and gaps seen between skirting. Both playing the blame game while the consumer suffers. Dodgey as they come, even the Master Franchise said they could not intervene and ask them to follow through on warranty. Even if the product is discontinued, find the alternative or full replacement. Seems like normal practice as they were not bothered even dared us to take it to consumer affairs and legal action. Please do not try and send a generic reply as you have been no help for a number of years.

Me and my husband are extremely happy with Floorworld Casula. We are first home buyers and wanted to change all the flooring in the house (including: carpet, timber and tiles). The staff was very patient and helped us through every step. The prices were very affordable for a very high quality product. Overall very happy with the service and the final product will definitely recommend!
Staff was really helpful and patient as it was so hard to choose from their huge range. I had timber floors put in and they did an awesome job. Very happy with everything. Highly recommended.
