Excellent quotation service from Ali Kojok. I browsed around for carpets over the weekend and on the Sunday requested a quote from Carpet Call. They called me immediately saying someone would get in touch. Early Monday morning Ali contacted me and we arranged for him to come on the Tuesday. He was polite, courteous and ensured social distancing at all times and left samples for us to consider. By the end of day I had a competitive quote with a guarantee to match any other prices. Great service from a really professional carpet expert. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The floors were not installed to standard and they have refused to rectify the defect. They were installed too low so that the gap below the front door is too big so now does not meet the BCA standards for a fire door. They have refused to rectify the defect and the installer called me angrily and falsely accusing me of the defect simply because I pulled up the tiles that they requested to be pulled up. Very poor service. Would not recommend.
