I am very disappointed with the outcome of my laser hair removal treatment. I have done 12 treatments for underarms and around 10 or more treatment done with my upperlips and still the hair growth is just like normal. They put on a very low treatment even though I am asking them to increase the intensity of rays. They have no clear answer or some of their staff don't want to answer to make customer feel comfortable. I am currently taking my Brazilian treatment as well but will not book further treatments once I finish with them as they are always in hurry and left some areas untreated.

I've been going to Silk at Casuarina for about two years now and I won't go anywhere else. The girls are all so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable straight away. So many options for quality skin treatments. Recommend highly.

I was really keen to see how my skin reacts to Skinfit program overall. The very first treatment was good but I literally felt like it’s just business what they are doing. They are trying their every bit possible to sell the skin care products but for me every skincare product wont work as I told them I was struggling with fungal acne. But still they told me to use this and that products and use this and that treatment. Really disappointed
