Arrived at 4:45pm to exchange some US dollars, she was talking to a customer, so I looked at another shop window for 5 minutes, 20m away. When I went back she was still talking to the same gentlemen, she told me she wasn’t serving anyone else and was quite rude, even my 12 year old son who was with me asked why she was so rude in how she she spoke to me. I said it’s only 4:52pm and you close at 5:00, she said she had to leave at 5:00. So I went elsewhere as to exchange my currency. Terrible service and rude as well
