I cannot give zero star. They can do only general service. Cannot do any major fault. Dont waste time. They wont find major issues or fix it during warranty period and just skip it. All the major issues arise exactly one month after warranty. I had issue with my car and visited 4 times over 4 months period (from December to April) and finally simply said they have no experts to fix the problem and referred to go somewhere. Simple advise do not buy cars, do not go for services (unless general service to replace air filters)

As always fantastic service from Castle Hill Toyota and Oscar. I pre-ordered my car at the end of 2020, and Oscar kept me updated regularly. The hand over process was seamless and I am now looking forward to taking the car in for its first service as the guys in the service department always do a great job. Although we had our daughter to assist us Jess always included us when she was imparting technical knowledge about the various models.
