Car is never ready when they say it will be, even for a straightforward service. They don't ring you up to tell you it's going to be late. Forgot to reset the service reminder, and also forgot to stamp the service log. Rush job - no attention to details.

Rang ahead and was told they had the car we wanted in stock. We get to the dealership, a 2 hour drive only to find out that it wasn't actually at this place but at there holding yard. It also has hail damage but we couldn't see the car until we put a deposit down on. You read that right wanted us to put a deposit down on a car that we couldn't see that had damage.

Atrocious after sale service from Suzuki Heartland Castle Hill. Once you've put down your money, don't expect them to do anything for you... Do you want a brochure list? I'm still waiting 7 months for mine to be emailed to me. Do you want a call back to discuss your order? I have 5 pending. Do you want to be provided updates on your pending order? Forget it. Really not happy and I will be cancelling the order and going elsewhere once they fail to meet the delivery date on my order.

I picked up my new car today and I couldn't be happier. From the moment my wife and I stepped onto the lot the experience was amazing. No high pressure sales tactics, no BS. Just great service. We got a great deal and a fair price for our trade in. If you are after a new car I would highly recommend going to see James at Heartland Castle Hill.
