Lots of holiday swimming lessons. Good infrastructure and staff. lots of parking. Water seemed to be having less chlorine smell compared to another pool we visited.

Location is convenient to local communities and strictly follows COVID-19 safety rules. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Excellent communication/feedback from supervisor (s). Active carrot portal is convenient and accessible to parents but not many anecdotal notes for child/parents to follow up. Swimming program is appropriate and in progression of skills, however quality of swimming instructors, expectations and implementation vary differently. Staff turnover rate is high especially these 2 years. There are lots of wait time during the swimming lesson when there are 6-8 students to 1 swimming instructor in higher stages. Booking to the instructors during holiday lessons could not be guaranteed sometimes. Changes of instructors on the week could happen without prior notice to parents.

My son signed up for one year contract last year and never told that he need to terminate it in writing even after the contract period to actually stop the payments. When I questioned about the continuous payment deductions, I was told that it was in the contract, could be something hidden in small letters and had no courtesy to tell us at the time of signing the contract. My son actually questioned them just before the contract end date about the contract expiry and he was only told that it will end in 22nd Feb and no mention about the written request to stop the payment. Very disappointing and a good lesson learnt.

I didn't know how much I appreciate this gym until I tried out others. Staff at Castle Hill Fitness are very warm, friendly and easy to talk to. When I joined I didn't see any "pushy sales" which made me feel comfortable. PT are awesome as well I had tried about 3-4 PT sessions and it was very helpful. They know what they doing and teach professionally. Gym is spacious, clean and has lots of equipment. You really do feel comfortable there. COVID regulations are taken seriously and you see members and staff always cleaning the equipment. They have lots of classes and pool. Overall, best gym in the area. Again, I tried another famous gym in Castle hill but was a bit disappointed... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CASTLE HILL FITNESS! 11/10 amazing!
