We had a really good experience from start to finish, although when we walked in, the service desk staff were a bit absent in providing service. Once we asked if they were selling doors, they were happy to provide guidance. Few things we learnt. Every additional option costs money by hundreds of dollars which could be done cheaper elsewhere. The door paint options are very limited and we found no help with the staff. As far as the workmanship goes, wow. Excellent. No complaints on the end product.

I've used Doors Plus twice now and have had a fairly good experience. The second time though they ordered the wrong doors and this wasn't discovered until them arrived at the house 9 weeks later (originally quoted 6-8 weeks wait). I then had to re-order and wait a further 11 weeks (again quoted 6-8 weeks) for the right ones to come. It seems to have been an honest error on the part of the guy who input the order so I can't complain too much about, and they knocked a bit off the price which was fair. However, the excessive wait time was frustrating. They also sent the wrong hardware (wrong number of privacy / passage sets) which was again frustrating because I called and emailed a couple of times to make sure this was correct. They weren't able to rectify the mistake on the day so I'll just have to live with the wrong hardware. Having said all that, the installer (Andrew) was very, very good. He was quick, tidy, really personable, and did a great job with the doors (all fitting well; no rattle, no swinging). I would only have given three stars to the company but the installer definitely bumps this up to 4. Would probably use Doors Plus again.
Great experience! In store there was a good range, they worked through our options and were able to meet our budget. Their installer was superb. Clear communication, and the end result exactly matched what they promised. Highly recommended!!
4 months after check measure for install and countless queries without answers or knowledge of what was happening with my door being manufactured (or sometimes not even a response) via both phone and email, I finally threatened to request a refund of my deposit, which lead to almost instantaneously receiving the news that my door would be ready the following week. Once installed several small issues which I have had to remedy. In their defense however once I requested it they waved the final 10% of the cost, however given the appalling service I received it would have been nice for them to offer this without asking for it.
From start to finish my experience with DPO Castle Hill was amazing. Great product knowledge and excellent customer care. Installation and measure was prompt, followed Covid rules and made me feel safe. No More flies in my house and my home feels a lot more secure!
Be aware in the fine print you will be asked to pay 90% cost BEFORE you see it or it is installed. Buried in fine print. Also apparently non refundable deposit
We used Doors Plus to replace 2 sliding doors and a regular door on to our deck area. From the sales process, to the measure and fitting, everything went seamlessly. The quality of the doors themselves is excellent, and the workmanship very good. Andrew who did the measure and fit was very professional and did a fantastic job fitting the doors, and cleaned up and took everything away afterwards. I would have no hesitation in recommending Doors Plus Castle Hill for their end to end service.
Firstly, this is not about the Doors Plus store but more about the customer service and customer care. We purchased an Ultra Safe screen door from Doors Plus and was fitted to our front door end of May 2018 for a cost of 1,050.0. Around October 2019 I started noticing that the black paint on the stainless steel was starting to show the metal underneath, though in all honesty I thought it was some bug laying eggs or something. At the time I didn't worry too much but a few weeks later it started to get worse. Trying to ring Customer Service is not possible as their only contact is via email. Ok, so I contacted them via email with a copy of the tax invoice. Straight away they replied it is out of the warranty period with I can hire someone to fix it and pay myself, thanks. I said that it was faulty workmanship as the preparation to the stainless steel must not have been prepared correctly. I was then put on to Customer Service, again no telephone contact. Their answer, "Based on the photos, one way this would happen is if someone has scraped or brushed the stainless steel mesh with something whilst walking past". Walking past?? This is a 1000.0 security door, if the paint comes off walking past then what security is there? I should have gone to Bunnings, paid 50% less for it, at least I would have known it would not last me. Never again from Doors Plus.
