As soon as my husband and I walked into the store Jane attended to us with a smile. She listened to what we wanted rather than sales push. Great experience & great deal,we ended up buying up this table, bench and chairs. We would definitely come back to buy other furniture from Jane Reed

The customer service team at the main counter was absolutely useless (saturday @ 3.15pm). Rude and obnoxious is an understatement. A simple question was asked but the attitude shown was not required. They should either quit their job or go take some happy pills.

At Domayne Castle Hill I experienced disgustingly rude customer service and was sold a dodgy, low quality product. I purchased a table on 18/10/19 which could extend in the middle but after 3 times using it, after only 13 months the table breaks and I find out the middle part was being secured to the main part of the table only by cheap glue which failed to keep the table together. I contacted customer service and she said the warranty only covers 1 year and the 200 Warranty of 5 years we paid on top of it doesn’t cover the faults. She wouldn’t even give me the manufacturer contact number and advised me to fix the table with doubled sided tape or get a handyman from internet to do it for me. The woman handling customer service was very rude and aggressive, she hang up on me after yelling at me and telling me it’s my fault.

A massive thank you to Matzaha who had the best customer service! She went above, beyond and exceed any expectation a shopper could ask for! It felt like i was walking into a family members home, thats how welcoming she was. I got the best bed and will be coming back to shop there again!

I visited Domayne on two occasions first time to browse and see what was on offer. The sales staff were quick to ask me how my day was and if i needed assistance. However when i didnt make up my mind that day i was not treated politely,(hense the minus 1 star) i was not discouraged I returned a month later the sales staff in both bedding and furniture were exceptional. Any question i had was answered and with great passion especially bedding. I purchased an electric bed base and a mattress that suited my needs. I was then helped by furniture to buy a lounge at a great price. Delivery was So Fast and i mean Quick. Was told maybe 2 weeks it wasnt even a week. I am impressed Items were delivered installed and rubbish removed Very quickly. Very professional. Thankyou Domayne. I even received a call from sales to make sure I was happy with sales guy. Would give 4.5 out of 5 thanks

Worst customer experience.No updates on product delivery . We need to follow up to check the delivery updates. Assembly was part of delivery and they changed their words later saying I need to pay 100 for assembly. If you are purchasing here get everything in writing because they are not trustworthy.
