Been going here for a while and have had several tyres from here for all my cars, the service has now gone bad and wait times can go to 2 hrs based on my last two visits. Although Staff are courteous but you may not be told that upfront. Price wise they are ok, and you might be able to save around 5 a tyre but the question is, is it worth your time ?
The Bob Jane Castle Hill boys have always looked after me. A couple times I’ve used their price match offer and they’ve taken a further 10% of the difference of the best price I could find. They wheel aligned a ‘66 Mustang we have with no previous data points absolutely perfect. Also our VF GTS wheel alignment was great, when others couldn’t get it quite right. They have just sorted out my old man’s car with a new set of tyres and alignment and it’s driving better than new
BEWARE of this outlet. They are in the practice of telling their customers they have unroadworthy tyres in order to sell you new tyres. I asked for a tyre rotate and was told that I need to purchase a new tyre in order for them to perform the rotate. When questioned why, they informed me the attached tyre is illegal and not road worthy???? This tyre is not unroadworthy nor is it illegal. This is the second time this outlet has attempted to scam me over the past 12mths. PS. I took my car elsewhere and was able to get the tyres rotated and balanced without issue.
Great service, even with such a busy store they were able to fit me in same day. Adam was great and gave some great advice on new tyres. I'll be using these guys for years to come.

Disappointing towards the end. After the Tyre was replaced, I made the payment, car key was given back to me. This gentleman at the counter told that my car is parked on the rear side, please collect it. It was towards the day end, they could have got my car out the work station to the entrance but no, they made me walk through their restricted work area to reach rear end to access my car. Now that's not a good customer service, you can't make your customer walk into your restricted area all through to pick his car when you can jolly well drive and bring my car at the entrance and hand over to me bit more professionally. May be your policy differs towards different colour. Regretful.
