Very difficult to communicate with this company. They took surprisingly long even for a quote. I repeatedly sent 3 emails to get some answers about their medical sheepskin ; GSM and the underside lining or not etc.. But they ignored to answer.. Very frustrating. Their website is very frustrating as well. They don't seem to have customer service dept. Imagine how frustrating it would be doing business with them incase you need to return .

Australian-made, double side sheepskin cushions made to order. Perfect!! The two grey sheepskin cushions I discussed and ordered through Ian were better than I imagined; soft, fluffy and the perfect colour. They were posted and received in the exact time as arranged at the time of order. Can't thank you enough! Great service.

My two lambskins just arrived. They are fantastic... I did a lot of research to find Australian lambskins, made and processed in Australia... As I've read about how some lambskins are made from Australian sheep but the hides processed overseas. I think we bought one of those before from another supplier. This lambskin is beautiful... The pile is thicker and more "bouncy" ones we bought from other suppliers. The fleece feels soft and not over-processed chemically (unlike the one we bought from another supplier on eBay). Very highly recommended. We will use ozwool again next time. Thank you!
