I walked in without an appointment and was served immediately. Daniel’s service was both friendly and professional. He explained the process clearly and offered a fair price for my old jewellery. I was pleasantly surprised. He also removed and returned the gemstones and gave helpful advice for selling two particular pieces. I would definitely use this service again. While all contact details are correct, it is worth noting that the address in a Google search is misleading. The business is located behind the WestPac bank at 227 Collins Street opposite Tram stop 7 (not on Little Collins Street)!
