Customer service in general is good once you get served which may take up to 10 min if it's busy. The place is tiny so don't expect to find much, also I got 200 more on my Tag Heuer at preston Cash converters! So shop around first..

This store is pathetic. They offer you half of what your product is ‘supposedly’ worth because they’re the ‘middle man’. Greedy little people, you’d have to be a goose to sell to em.
Rubbish service and treat peoplelike they are begging, i used to come here a lot but I can safely say I'll never go there again, worst cashies ever!!!!!
Terrible terrible. Returned an item for repair, I had to call approx 6 times and go into the store. Poor customer service. It appears they just want the sale and they don’t careless after it afterwards.

Great customer service, all staff are so very helpful which is strange as they work in such a challenging environment with difficult customers. The store manager was lovely and the young man that helped me in retail went above and beyond. Highly recommended! A
This is the best cash converters I’ve been to in Vic! Great staff and always so helpful.! I have moved from the area to an hour away (Narre Warren) but I always travel back to this one even though there is a cash converters less than a kilometre away from my home!
Gives you better prices for video games and accessories then EB Games, as long as they are in good condition. Recommended.
