Ayden was the delightful young man who assisted myself and my partner today. He is by far one of the most polite and helpful person I’ve encountered, especially in the retail business. He helped us for over 2 hours and had absolutely no problem, we even interrupted his break, and he still continued to help us. He was very committed to helping us, and only us (not trying to take shortcuts or attempt to do numerous things at once). Coming from the customer service & retail sector, I can very much appreciate that all staff deserve compliments and praise, just as easily as they receive complaints for the smallest of things. That’s what proper customer service is supposed to be, and above all else, he didn’t low ball us. Thanks again, Ayden. You were extremely helpful.
Returns were easy. Negotiations was a pain - but thanks for the discounts. Definitely recommended
WARRNING WARRNING WARRNING CHECK THR REVIEW BEFORE GOING TO THIS STORE I have emailed them about a ring last night asking if they could discount it but they said no to my offer then they increased the price of the ring lot more then it was before then when i called them up and asked why did they increased the price they have just gave an excuse that the gold price has gone up Then i Google the gold value and it turn out to be 18k aud54 per gram so the gold price actually was decareased not increased they lied and just trying to rip of customers becareful about proving people don't waste your time and money watch out the prices. No wonder why they got so bad reviews from lots of customers Never go there never buy from them completely trying rip of customer watch out the prices
Staff are pretty friendly and do their job well, but I think they could do a little better with their prices, both for selling and buying.
Very rude staff and unprofessional attitude...
Needed a partial loan for a car. With bad credit I went in got approved with cash in my hand in less then 30 minutes. Interest rate is better then other places that offer similar loans. Borrowed 1400 repay 1750. I'd recommend this to anyone who needs a loan and can legitimately afford to make the repayments. If you can't afford the repayments or can't justify the interest rate - don't get it. Pretty simple. P.s - They have some good guitars at very decent prices too! Thanks guys.
Terrible customer service and very rude and they are selling items for more than retail and they they wonder why they are low on stock? They dont pay much and complain about all customers
