My partner and I have been here multiple times to get our phones fixed. Great customer service and always gets the job done quickly with quality ensured. I don't agree with any of these other bad reviews. I've never had an issue with these guys, highly recommend them.

This bunch have provided both my family and I excellent service for many years as Well as being well presented staff. They are not over priced and have a wide range of phone and media device accessories Even have keyboards in cases for tablets and so on, all being of good quality. 10/5 for David and his crew...

NEVER GO HERE! Not happy at all. I took my iPhone in for a screen repair and had to have it replaced twice. The first time the screen was dark except for about 1cm from the bottom where there was an overly bright light. I took it back to be fixed and they replaced it however this time the screen was lifting all down the left hand side and I could see the light coming out of the housing. I was told I must have dropped it and it lifted. I did not drop it. They fixed it again. I'm still not happy with it as the screen does not sit flush with the housing and lifts in the corner, not to mention the white dots on the screen. I just can't be bothered going back. The SECOND event. My brother took his Sony Experia 3 in to have the screen replaced and this was even more of a headache. We were told the glass and screen were different so we had to purchase both. 270 later and what looked to be a new phone on first glance was not fixed. The screen was lifted and the top of the touch screen would not recognise, making only 2/3 of the phone functionable. Returned it and it was fixed and we were refunded the cost of the screen because it was their problem. My dad picked it up and returned it to my brother. THIS TIME there was a piece of the phone missing on the right hand side and the entire phone wouldn't work. Black Screen. Tried to press the screen down, ever so lightly, around the sides (which were not sitting in flush with the screen) and it broke. Went to take it back and they refused to even fix it because they had GLUED the housing down so it was now irreparable. No refund. No apology. Just a "take it to fairtrade Australia if you think we've treated you unfairly". My own stupid fault for going back a second time. Will never be back.

I'll make this short: They 'repaired' my phone and the same day the new screen fell off. They refused to refund or repair 'because they threw out old front already' Absolutely atrocious service. They broke my phone and refused to refund.

A lack of communication and a dodgy repair has left a sour taste in my mouth. I recommend avoiding them and going somewhere else.
