My screen cracked by it self after 2 hours been replaced. I have asked for replacement and the guy at the front been very rude . They have using very cheap parts . Worst service ever . There are so many places in sunshine plaza .AVOID CASE KING
Horrible place, went to go get a new screen protector and they shattered my home button!! Refused to say they broke it and told us it would be 60 to fix. Tried to talk to the manager but he laughed in our face!

I want my iPhone 4 back!!! .I came a back a week later as I was on holidays to collect my phone after receiving a text from case king on March 22 . They say they don't have it ..they ask for receipt ..I show them message on my phone saying collect phone from case king ..she rings someone .then says wrong shop ..is this case king ? The same place that stole my phone ?
