He was able to match the best printer for my wife's business (BLHL Property Conveyancing), especially as she rapidly churns through toner cartridges. I run a MFC and also a colour printer for my business (Adelaide Business Sales P/L) and use high quality replenished toners and drums from Cartridge World Norwood…. as does Helen. I called to find out if they had a CD/DVD tray in store. He called me back within 5min to advise they did and offered it to me for free. On Ebay there about 30. Excellent service and I sincerely appreciate their good deed. I have since promoted their shop on my FB site and happy to purchase my cartridges from them. Thank you again for your excellent service

Old world customer service, client focused, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his field, competitive prices, cleaned and serviced my laser printer, even carried heavy laxer printer to my car. Firoz is a good business operator, and understands customer service.
