I’ve been a Cartier Australia customer for over 10 years and my family have been Cartier International customers for several decades. In the past decade of dealings with Cartier Australia, I have been constantly disappointed by the subpar service provided. I had many issues with my timepiece and sent several complaints throughout the years, but the matters were never addressed. Luckily, a few years ago I had the pleasure of dealing with Jess from your Brisbane Boutique. She was extremely empathetic and was the first Cartier employee to ever apologize for all the issues I had experienced in the past. It was the first time I ever felt taken care of and really looked after. Jess embodies what Cartier service should be all about. She made me feel like a luxury costumer for the first time in your Boutique. I am especially grateful for the way she went above and beyond, keeping me up to date even on her days off. Jess is a huge asset to your Company, and I cannot express enough how flawless her service is. She is the only reason why I gave Cartier a second chance. Now, I look forward to my visits in your Brisbane Boutique.

Loved my first experience. The team are warm, inviting and very friendly. Kara was great in helping out with different styles, sizes etc and ended up ordering from overseas.. Very happy with everything and the smooth process
It is always a delight visiting the Cartier Brisbane boutique. All staff are friendly and accommodating, and I am especially pleased with how kind, genuine and helpful my SA, Kara, is. You can tell how passionate she is about Cartier and helping people find the perfect creations for them. She even knew my ring size right off the bat; she is amazing! All in all, huge kudos to Cartier Brisbane! Excellent customer service; highly recommended!

First visit here since store open 6 years ago. Good service and range. Online appointment is not accurate but they sorted it out. Engraving machine is out of order so need to come back. Out of sparkling water as well which is unheard of. According to sales, need 40% deposit to order a piece due to low stock, deposit is not refundable and will be store credit if you don’t like the piece. I am converted though! Great pieces. They didn’t allow photos of the display so this is the best I managed to get (with staff’s permission).
Great shopping experience. All staff were friendly, namely Diann who helped us with our purchase. The service was swift, we were attended to quickly even though the store had a fair few people. I would recommend this store and look forward to returning soon!

The best service by Jessica from the sales consultant staff who gave us a great service and was wonderful on the further help she offered for our next order. Cartier Brisbane is my future boutique for shopping!
