I really don't understand why it has such a high rating. I went to get a triple shot latte before a medical appointment. My medical practitioner enquired about my thought with the coffee and I advised her it tastes like burnt coffee and she expressed the same experience she had from there. My only negative and well deserved review so far. Customer service was just okay, hence the second star.

Great coffee, flat white with 2 shots of smooth south american blend with a brilliant aftertaste - just how I like it! Served by a couple of neat guys with a happy, peaceful manner, even with the current virus situation. Highly recommended! Oh and yes Byron Bay cookies
