After purchasing a 3000 Carson Brown Leather Sofa and Ottoman, we received mismatching items. Clear difference in leather tone and finish. After an attempt by ES to swap the item, we received another mismatch. Initially months of waiting, then waiting again, heaps of back and forth messages with Customer Care, and exhausted with the problem we had no option but to except a small refund of 250. So disappointed that after our 3000 purchase 10 months ago we are now left with furniture that doesn’t match.

If I could, I would rate this store 0 stars. There has been nothing but extremely poor customer service since purchasing our item back in August. Which was received faulty. The staff do not listen and would cut conversation off when expressing concerns. Stating "you've only paid this amount for your item" as if to say your purchase does not matter as it is only small (mind you it is over 100 & was paid with hard earned money). Once you hand over your money, they will not provide any further assistance. It is now December and I still have not had my faulty item replaced, apology or compensation for my time in chasing the company for an update.

I simply cannot believe the levels of incompetence and rudeness that is inherent to this store. Recently my mother tried to buy a few furniture there and they kept delaying and delaying the shipment and when they arrived, it was scratched all over. The lady was not apologetic at all. Additionally when the second shipment of furniture was supposed to arrive, it went to the wrong address, completely stressing my mother out. They did not offer a single apology, she got a refund after much wrangling and when she went in store to get it, the staff was completely rude to her, basically thrown the receipt to get her out of the store. No one should go to this store or Early Settlers and I hope they fire every single one of the complete incompetent disrespectful employees there.

This store definitely tops my list compared to other ES branches. They have so much stuff, and it seems to be a much larger range. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and prices were very reasonable

Had a fantastic experience with the staff Shurti and Sharon recently. They were extremely helpful with coming up with an artwork solution for a particular challenging room I had. Their suggestion was something I would never have considered and it has made the room look absolutely stunning. Well done ladies, love your service and flare for design, I will definately be back.
