What a Shame the Staff at the front desk are so 'unfriendly 'My son and I felt 'Alienated after being told after a 30 paid into session had to do 4 Beginners class and that' my 13yr old son was upset & I felt Pressured when the girl at the front desk not only sad to us "Are we even going to turn up 'In a rude Voice.' (as we gave a curtosy call after my son had to delay a few weeks Joining due to Dental Work, but also, after mentioning payment options for the 240 joining I was told payment arrangements were flexible, then on the second Visit the Girl at the Front was intimidating and rude & said; " well "Most people can Afford it and just pay straight up anyway ,!!!my 13yr old son said if he couldn't get into the muay tai was promised then Not to worry About it (as it was his Birthday prescent)if it wasn't for the Lady at font desk , we woulda Joined but she made us feel like nobodies (i Said I hope I know that every 10 people, you turn away , just cost your boss 10'000 grand minimum in in losses, P.s that Said One The Trainers were the nicest blokes I met , Very professional , Very nice to my Son & great Teacher ( my son learnt more in 1 lesson then any where else, & That was also to "Keep Your Guard UP!! X.F.C are he Best fighters, . I hope they Can find better Receptionist, . As there are alota gyms fighting for business , My son was Very distraught d after being questioned as wether we
