So happy I ended up going to these guys as the customer support was top notch! I had been chasing down an older model angle grinder bolt for about 6 weeks and had gone to many other stores which couldn’t help me. I shared my situation with Rob over the phone, he said to come in, so I did, manager rob came out to assist and ordered me the right part immediately. All the guys at this store are super knowledgeable and willing to help!

Extremely good service, purchased a good amount of stock and was very pleased and surprised with the deal given by manager. Went to another location of total tools prior and got the type of service you would expect at Bunnings- terrible! This location is now where I will travel for all my tool purchases
