we could not have asked for more professional and understanding staff for my fathers funeral. Jasmine and Tracey were brilliant and Rob was quick and professional with the tributes. Can not recommend this company enough on all aspects for a funeral, its a difficult time for any family but Superior made me feel loved and dad was under the best care at all times. rest now dad the hard yards are done.

I can't thank Superior Family Funeral Care enough for the care they took with my dear friend's funeral last Friday. It was such a beautiful and dignified send-off for a man that so much to so many. Everything ran so smoothly and we all felt so well looked after from first to last. Stellar work and wonderful service. I must add something else that really touched me deeply. On top of everything else, they were so very humane in helping the family work out what they really wanted and needed in a way that always put their clients first... and ahead of what might have profited them more. At such a vulnerable time, it was so reassuring to know that they were in such considerate hands. I will never forget the kindness and respect they showed. There is no comparison between the safe and caring way we were treated by Superior Family Funeral Care and some of the outrageous and offensively exploitative treatment I've witnessed at the hands of some of their competitors. I really want to stress this point to anyone looking for someone to look after them, especially if they are feeling helpless or lost. Superior is far and away the best out there - and they will take as much stress away from you as possible so you are free to grieve. It is so good to know someone out there was looking out for us all in our time of need. That they allowed the family to be able to pay it off in installments was just the cherry on the cake. Thank you SO much.
