I visited this kmart branch as my local didn't have all the stock of the order, the layout is open and clean, friendly door greet team member. Nice and bright and plenty of floor space to move above, I would be happy browsing here. The service counter never has more than one team member to serve which is disappointing however I understand the economics.

What a pleasure it is to pop in and shop here. Upon paying for my purchases the young male attendant assisted with absolute professionalism. I didn't get what I came in for as the product was sold out. All good, I continued on and found other products that I was wanting. Ample selection of men and women's clothingandaccessories. Toys, sporting and much more. Ample staff attending through out the store, very helpful and courteous. Ample parking throughout the shopping centres parking areas and easy access to Kmart via shopping centres entrances.
We had to return a couple of things and weren't sure how we'd go about it, since we have had to make a return in some years now. The first lady we spoke too was so nice and very helpful, and the lady at the returns desk was just as helpful. Made the whole experience very smooth, easy, simple and quick.
Long opening hours until midnight means we can pop over at our whims and fancies, no stress easy to park as there’s lots of parking supply even close to Christmas period ie so convenient that we ended up spending more time browsing and ended up buying more than what is really needed!
Kmart is good, pity about the tidiness of the outside parking area tho.
This is Kmart. If you love Kmart, go here. If you don't, go here. It has good things for good prices. I could spend hours in here. Do I need to say more? Oh probably that the staff are friendly and are taking all necessary precautions around covid restrictions etc.
Fantastic really large store... but high stacks all over so you cannot see signs with departments on eg: men's; women's; child etc. gggrrrrrhhhh so for me being nearly 80 it's too much to keep walking round & not finding what you want , so I left before seeing all I wished to purchase The store was well stocked, tidy & clean
I wrote a review on the mall this Kmart is attached to and I would recommend another kmart or mall to go because of the staff at this place. Sorry Kmart but bad review from me
