I was looking for a new pediatric specialist dentist for my 6 year old daughter and called Core Dental from a Google search. It’s been a wonderful experience from booking to treatment to follow up. The reception team are first class and the nurses and dentists made us feel welcome and treated my daughter wonderfully. I recommend this dental practice to everyone now!!

Its not hard to see why Core Dental in Carrum Downs scores so highly. Booking via the website is easy, the receptionists are friendly and informative too. Quotes are important to most these days, prices vary accordingly and are fully explained at the visit. I was happy with mine and went ahead on the day. Location and parking is easy to find, check with reception about parking time limits if an extended appointment. Premises are clean and tidy as you'd expect, spacious with modern equipment. My procedure was explained, Stephanie went into every detail and made me feel in control throughout the appointment/extraction. Big *thankyou* to the dental nurse who took shrapnel to the face (piece of my tooth cracked off). She was professional and flinched it off to carry on suction and sorting out tools :)) The whole appointment took just over an hour, and I walked out of there with a numb smile being careful not to drool everywhere.
Core Dental in Carrums Downs is extremely professional and friendly. All the staff make you feel welcome and valued. I had not been to the dentist in many years and Stephanie was great at making me feel comfortable and explaining exactly what was going to happen. The costs are affordable, but this does not mean lower quality. It is a great place!
Really great place! The staff are friendly, the receptionists are fantastic & accommodating, the space is warm & inviting with lovely candles. Jacques is a great dentist, loves a good chat! Sandy is very gentle and always has a laugh, Dr. Yana is a very skilled orthodontist with excellent podcast recommendations. Good value for money & worth every cent. Really love that they confirm appointments as well, that makes a huge difference to me as I never forget them!
Core Dental Carrum Downs is such a fantastic dental service. The rooms are spotless and everybody is so friendly. The girls at reception are always helpful, pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. I dealt with Jacques Theron and Belinda and they make you feel so at ease as every step gets explained. I would highly recommend this dental clinic. Michelle van Velzen
Thank you for your exceptional customer service. From reception to the dentist and assistant everyone was lovely and friendly and made for a pleasant experience. My 2 year old twins sat happily in the chair for a full check up and left wanting to come back. You made them feel very safe and at ease. Thank you!!
