in 2019, Blue Sky made and installed double glazed windows for half my house, because it is too close to an increasingly busy road. I have been so pleased and impressed with the reduction in noise (peace and quiet at last) and with the speed and effectiveness of the installation, that I placed a second order for double glazed windows for the rest of the house. In fact, because the rear windows face the morning sun, I asked for that window to be triple glazed. Am I happy with the outcome? Totally. The triple glazing only allows 3% of the heat to enter my house as well as blocking traffic noise and sunshine glare. I've combined the Blue Sky windows with the installation of solar roof panels and a Tesla battery, and with those two factors working in combination I now have zero electricity bills. Blue Sky, as a company, have been great: informative, responsive, responsible, and professional. Initially I took a risk in choosing Blue Sky because I didn't have anyone to recommend one company over another, so I'm delighted that they have turned out to be ideal. As a former business academic in RMIT's Graduate School of Business and Law (recently retired), I am keenly aware of the many ways in which interactions between customers and companies can go wrong, leading to frustrations and disappointments. The final product is fantastic in the harsh conditions of Mt Hotham. I specified triple glazed and there has been a noticeable difference to the internal comfort of the living areas with temperature and noise reduction. Great customer service and the installation was excellent with great attention to detail. I'm more than happy to recommend Blue Sky Windows. Now i just need to finish of the trims and reveals!
The order placement was highly personal with frequent and prompt email replies from Anastasia or Viktoriya about what I need best for my windows. When I asked for revisions, these were done without delay. When I rang, Viktoriya answered my questions with clear explanations. I really appreciated the willingness to explain and talk through options. I was never treated with impatience or disrespect. The delivery and installation was done less than 2 months after placement of the order. The installers were on time and very efficient. There was no mess left, they even brought their own vacuum cleaner to clean up after them. The window is performing exactly as I’d hoped. I’m in love with the tilt and turn window, what a great way to engineer windows. It’s really beautiful from the outside too. The sound insulation is fantastic, and my noisy neighbours and nearby trams can hardly be heard (if at all), whereas before they kept me sleepless some nights. I am very happy with this product and this company. I’ll be back for more!

Installed my whole house with these windows (60sqm in total). Great quality product. Customer service was great. I arranged my own installation which wasn't easy as the carpenters didn't really know how to install the lift and slide windows or glaze the windows. Also needed arrange a crane due to the size of the glass. So I suggest getting them to supply and install.

We were living on the busy street for a long time and have invested in secondary glazing in the past. The noise problem is the biggest concern and decision to change the windows after already spending a lot on secondary glazing was a very hard one. So we took no chance and chose the most expensive solution of 2 massively thick glass products combined - I think one was 10.5 mm and the other 12.5 mm thick special noise panels. And it worked! Thank you so much our problem is finally solved and we understand it was not only the glass but the sealing of the frames that makes such a big difference now!
Living on the top floor (3 levels) of an inner city Melbourne apartment, it was always going to be difficult replacing the rotting timber windows. I shopped around and did price comparisons on Aluminium - single and double glazed options as well as uPVC. Having travelled through Europe and the UK, I knew how good uPVC would be but was worried about the price of them. I discovered that Blue Sky WIndows were slightly more expensive than single glazed Aluminium windows and was well worth the additional money (the cost for double glazed uPVC windows were pretty much on par with double glazed Aluminium)! The existing windows were carefully removed from the inside and the new windows installed over a few days. The process was smooth and efficient and the installers were professional and experienced. Now that the windows are installed, we absolutely love them. Vicky included Low-E toughened glass for us and you can already feel the difference in temperature - the place is a lot cooler! The tilt and turn function of the windows are amazing and very easy to use. They are really easy to clean too. Our neighbours love them too! We have no hesitation in recommending Blue Sky! And a huge thank you to Vicky - not only was she pleasant and efficient to deal with, she sold us the idea of the tilt and turn technology and we are so thankful she did! Well done Blue Sky!
