We priced our pool through 2 local construction companies. Aloha was more expensive but only by 5%. We went with them because a pool is a major asset and we felt we would get a superior product with superior backing etc. We weren’t disappointed. The pool was completed on time and on budget. It is constructed to the highest quality and far exceeds our expectations in look, amenity and low maintenance. Every stage of the process ran smoothly and with pleasant, professional staff. Follow-up has been exceptional. That extra 5% ... certainly money well spent!

Very expensive build, but terrible quality. Nothing but problems since the job was completed. Just looking at our pool is a constantly stressful reminder of the wasted money and terrible result. Avoid at all costs, otherwise be prepared to pay the cost.

There is a lot of hype but our experience was less than satisfactory. There has always been some issue or the other with the pool. and the Aloha Plus pool maintenance and support is average. They advertise 24 x7 dire emergency response but esp over long weekends ( and unfortunately things do go wrong at the worst of times) they do not reply back on the help line number provided so it is a wrong that they provide 24x7 emergency response. Not happy
