Great service and very happy with my purchase. I placed an order for 2 flags that were in stock, earlier this month. I hadn't received notification about delivery time so I sent an email asking when I might expect to receive my order. I received a reply within an hour advising they were inundated with orders and dispatch should be within 10 days, but if I couldn't wait that long I could receive a full refund. I emailed again later that afternoon explaining I am a veteran and I am meeting up with other veterans for ANZAC Day and would be leaving home on 13 April. I said if the flags didn't arrive before I left I would have them for next ANZAC Day. I received a further email advising my order was made a priority. My order arrived yesterday. Can't thank the team at Flagworld enough. Highly recommend this business.

I have bought a couple of flags from Flagworld over several years and have found them to be very easy to deal with and produce a great product. The latest flag got caught up in strong wind and ripped a corner, they repaired it like new. Exceptional customer service.
