Perfect place to get all your odd nuts and bolts which can't be found at Bunnings or your local hardware store. The website is fantastic, easy to use and online ordering and pick up makes life easy. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing, they accommodate your orders on the smallest scale for 1 or 2 items. They really provide a service beyond what you would expect.

Went in to get bolts to mount a small block chev engine to an engine stand, left with exactly what I was looking for. Excellent.

Glad to hear that others have had a pleasant customer experience. I went in today and stood at the counter waiting for some time while one worker counted till money and another sat at his desk. Both were close and obviously aware that I was there, but neither acknowledged my presence. Finally, the worker sitting at the desk got up and grunted something at me. I asked whether they stocked a particular fitting (screw-in snap studs, as it happens), to which he responded with a quizzical grunt. When I repeated my question, he grunted a peremptory "no" and turned to his desk without any further comment. This was very different from my previous customer experience there, so maybe it was just the particular workers or situation, but I left feeling that I'd definitely go somewhere else next time if there was a choice.
